65 thousand people will have no water supply on Friday

August 17, 2017 by Staff News Writer

The Costa Rican Institute of Aqueducts and Sewers (AyA) reported on Thursday afternoon that, due to the maintenance and repair of leakage in the main system, more than 65 thousand people would be affected on August 18th, since the drinking water supply will be interrupted.

Interruptions may occur between 8:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. in Liberia, 75 meters east of the supplier Las Palmas in the Pueblo Nuevo neighborhood and to the north side of Plaza Rodríguez.

AyA indicates that they will try to restore the service before the scheduled time.
