9 children with food poisoning in La Cruz

A total of nine students from the Maquencal School in La Cruz, Guanacaste, were taken in ambulance to the local clinic after suffering food poisoning.

According to information from the Red Cross, the children were transferred in a “green” condition, i.e. stable.

Other children were transferred in private vehicles to be diagnosed at the medical center.
