Man was bitten by snake in Limón

On Monday, at nine fifteen, a member of the Red Cross was bitten by a snake while working in a rescue on a farm in Banasol (Carrandi, Estrada) due to flooding in the area of Matina de Limón.

According to information provided by the communications department of the Red Cross,

the man was transferred in stable conditions to Ebais Estrada.”

The incident occurred when the rescuer was helping two people affected by flooding in the area.
