Image of the IMN shows that Otto’s cloudiness is already in the Caribbean

The National Meteorological Institute (IMN) published an image showing that at 2:15 a.m. on Thursday, the clouds of Hurricane Otto are already in the country.

Image 2.15 am. November 24th, 2016. Cloud bands reach the coast of Nicaragua, as well as northern Costa Rica, “

explained the IMN.

In the 2 a.m. report, Hurricane Otto recorded sustained winds of up to 140km / h and it is moving westwards at a speed of 15 km / h.
