November 24, 2016 by Staff News Writer

On Thursday and Friday traffic restrictions will apply normally. This was confirmed by the authorities in a press conference.

However, president Solís was emphatic that drivers should not circulate red-alert in areas.

There should be no traffic in these areas. Cars can suffer the blow of high winds, mechanical problems or get caught in landslides. After noon on Thursday there should be no moving vehicle in those areas,”
