A man wetted a homeless person who was sleeping on a sidewalk

A video posted by Alonso Chaves on Facebook, shows a man using a hose on a homeless person who was asleep on a sidewalk in San José on November 27th

According to Chaves, he was driving when he saw that the man was washing the sidewalk and he was also wetting the man and he decided to show it on social networks.

I was surprised. This man committed an injustice. I recorded it at the time, but he had been doing it for a while,

expressed Chaves.

A few meters away, the Red Cross was receiving donations for those affected by Hurricane Otto.

Chaves complaint about the situation with the subject. However, he did not even answer.

The video has been shared on Facebook more than 300 times and has more than 13,000 views.
