Probel RM, S.A. is not related to the hair dyes smuggling

December 22, 2016 by Staff News Writer

The official importer of Probel RM, S.A. products is not related to the subject who tried to illegally enter hair dyes last weekend.

The man, who was arrested by the Fronetras Police in La Cruz, was carrying a package of hair dye valued at ¢ 4 million. The man, who had neither permits to enter the product nor sanitary registration, had hidden the merchandise on the floor of the bus.

However, the fact is not related in any way to Probel company, which legally imports the product and has all health records.

The company is the exclusive distributor of “Designer Color” dyes, the ones that the subject tried to smuggle.

The Chambers of Industry and Commerce have pointed out on several occasions the need to strengthen controls, as the smuggling of merchandise is significantly damaging traders who legally operate in the country.
