Minister of Tourism Mauricio Ventura announced that the first stone of the National Convention Center will be placed on February 2nd.
By doing that, the construction of the work will officially start, which will allow Costa Rica to have a place to summon thousands of executive tourists each year.
President Luis Guillermo Solís will be in charge of the act.
The National Convention Center will be located in Heredia.
