Police to take care of students

Public Safety authorities explained the actions they will take to ensure the safety of hundreds of students. To set the measures they met with schoolchildren, teachers and parents at Abraham Lincoln School in Alajuelita.

Juan José Andrade, director of the Public Force, gave details on the plan they have has to take care of students at the national level.

The presence of police officers in the entrances and exits of educational centers will also have specialized units to check backpacks. 250 police officers started the prevention efforts from the Ministry of Security, to promote coexistence and moral values to help in the fight against drug trafficking,”

explained the hierarch.

Andrade added that parents should also check student’s backpacks to see what the child is taking home from school.
