Housing projects in Desamparados

February 14, 2017 by Staff News Writer

Last Friday, the Housing Promotion Foundation (FUPROVI) announced four housing projects, which will be developed from this year in Los Guido and Patarrá de Desamparados.

Minor Rodríguez, general manager of FUPROVI, said that this is an urban intervention in Desamparados, where the four projects are being developed. One is already under construction, it is Las Anas condominium. The second one is Torres de la Montaña, which will be developed in the middle of the year but in the next few weeks the pre-sale will start. The most attractive thing is access to middle-class families.

The planned investment for the four projects is around $ 30 million.

The real estate offer is aimed at people with family income ranging from ¢ 415,000, approximately, to purchase an urbanized lot and from ¢ 695,000 for the purchase of a housing solution.
