Children, youth, adults and entire families went to Paseo Colón to enjoy their Sunday.

The “Smoke-free Sundays”, promoted by the Municipality of San José, allows citizens to enjoy without worrying about cars.

From 9:00 am, dozens of people walk around the place to play volleyball, jump rope, play with hula hoops, climb a wall and even jump on canopy.

Young people have a skate park available to do their cycling, skateboarding acrobatics.

Traditional games and bouncy castles are also included in the activity.

We’ve always liked to come, mainly because children have a lot of fun and it’s an important space,

said Manuel Centeno, a citizen from Los Angeles neighborhood.

If you want to have a different day, you can go around Paseo Colón to take advantage of the Smoke-free Sundays.
