Costa Rica to seeks damages from Nicaragua for cost of restoration

Although the mission sent by the Ministry of Environment to Portillo island has not been able to return to San José, the government has the report of their inspection. Restoration work will require heavy machinery to move earth and the removal of 200 meter pipes.
