Deputy minister Trejos resigned, but she already has a new job

March 2, 2017 by Staff News Writer

Deputy Minister of Housing Ana Cristina Trejos resigned after being on the spotlight for a series of incentives paid by the government without meeting the requests and without having the academic degrees to receive them.

However, Presidential House reported that Trejos will become a managing director of the Housing Mortgage Bank. Trejos, who is a student of Microbiology and has not graduated from her career, will now be in charge of “leading technological modernization” at the BAHNVI.

Trejos said that the decision of taking the job had been under consideration since 2016 and her resignation will be effective from today.
