Bikes, motorcycles and cars can save the environment

A especial celebration was held last Saturday: bicycles, motorcycles, cars and even electric buses were the protagonists. The Citizen and Electric Mobility festival took place in San José.

The goal was clear: showing the benefits of joining the electric mobility to benefit the environment.

Mónica Araya, promoter of the activity and member of Costa Rica Limpia movement, explained that more and more people are joining forces with the goal of making evolve public transportation in the country.

Deputy minister of environment Irene Cañas stressed how important it was to believe in the proposal of electric mobility and be friendly to the environment.

Similarly, deputy mayor of San José Paula Vargas said that the city prepares the installation of stations for electric vehicles.
