The new telephone number to contact immigration is now 1311. The center operates on Monday through Sunday, from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm, and is staffed by twenty service agents. Callers can schedule appointments or ask questions. Each call will cost 390 colones.

The old line (9000-767266) was disabled on Sunday
