Free birth preparation classes

Pregnant women at any stage that wish to receive childbirth and postpartum care preparation classes can do so at Ebais Unibe for free.

The specialists provide techniques of relaxation, care during pregnancy and postpartum, rights and duties of women, care that should give to the newborn, among other topics.

In addition, they will talk about adequate nutrition during pregnancy, postpartum depression, exercises that can be performed during pregnancy and assisted practice as well as oral care that must be taken during this stage.

Those who wish to register for the course or ask for more information can call 4000-6600 ext: 2030 (Montes de Oca Health Area) and 4000-6658 (Curridabat).

This is the schedule of the courses:

Montes de Oca:

May 24th (Inglaterra School)
July 12th (Communal Hall of San Marino)
September 27th (Communal Hall of Vargas Araya – Monterrey)
November 22nd (Inglaterra School)

Curridabat:

May 30th and 31th in Hacienda Vieja.
June 27th to 29th in Curridabat.
July 6th, 7th and 12th in Jose Maria Zeledón.
July 12th and 13th in Granadilla.
