Attorney’s office hijacks documents of Costa Rica Hotel

The Deputy Agrarian Environmental Attorney and the Judicial Investigation Agency are carrying out a hijacking of the documents for the remodeling of the Gran Hotel Costa Rica, in the Center of Protection of the Historic Architectural Heritage.

The procedure is due to an investigation for the apparent crime of damages to the heritage.

It is worth mentioning that the case is not being processed against a specific person.

However, work is done in order to obtain evidence, to verify or rule out the existence of a crime and, later, to link potential perpetrators.
