Italian on hunger strike to see his daughters

June 14, 2017 by Staff News Writer

Paolo Padrone, an Italian man who has been in the country for 16 years, is now on a hunger strike to see his daughters.

I am up to date with the alimony pension and I haven’t seen my daughters in 15 and a half months,”

stated the man.

Padrone, who is originally from northern Italy, is currently chained to a post on the First Judicial Circuit.

He said his daughters want to see him but their mother refuses to allow it.

Padrone commented that he wants the courts to allow him to see his daughters, who have nothing to do with the problems he has with their mother.
