Costa Rica and Ramsar look to repair damage in Calero

Authorities are expected to release the details of an inspection by the International Convention on Wetlands (Ramsar) of the Portillos Island area, near the border with Nicaragua. The environmental ministry is also expected to take several weeks to propose a plan to repair the damage caused by dredging, which was done by the government of Nicaragua in 2010.
