Sea drags father and son in Guanacaste beach

Two men, an adult and a child, were dragged by the currents of the sea on Wednesday, according to an official report from the Communications Department of the Red Cross.

The victims were in the vicinity of Corozalito Beach on the south coast of the Canton of Nandayure, in the province of Guanacaste.

According to the authorities, the man was found lifeless in the place, while the minor was rescued by some surfers who were nearby.

The boy is now stable and is being assessed by medical personnel.
