A group of 14 foreigners with an irregular migratory status were found yesterday while traveling in three vehicles in La Cruz, Guanacaste. The authorities believe that they are victims of human trafficking.

In this case, the authorities arrested four people. The work was carried out by the Border Police near the entrance to the Santa Rosa National Park.

The entity confirmed that the people who were transferred paid about 30 thousand colones to be taken to Liberia, according to the version of those affected.
