National celebration ruined by alcohol

December 27, 2018 by Staff News Writer

The National Tope was held on Wednesday in San José, with a route from Plaza González Víquez to Paseo Colón.

However, Accidentes de Costa Rica published a video showing a man near the Bank of Costa Rica (BCR) on Second Avenue, with a bottle in his hand, while barely riding a horse.

Children and their families participate in this celebration, so the scene has caused outrage in social networks.
