On Monday, the Venezuelan Supreme Court called on the ruling Constituent Assembly to lift immunity to parliamentary leader Juan Guaidó, which would open the possibility of submitting him to ordinary justice.
It is ordered to send a certified copy of this decision to the president of the National Constituent Assembly, for the purpose of acquiescing Guaidó’s parliamentary immunity”
said a ruling by the Supreme Court of Justice (TSJ).
