Do you need a dental prosthesis? UCR dentists want to help you

July 8, 2019 by Staff News Writer

Patients who require dental treatments may use the services of the Faculty of Dentistry of the University of Costa Rica (UCR), which will offer very low cost care.

Priority will be given to children under five to 11 years old, and to people who need total or partial removable prostheses.

For minors, a birth certificate (original and copy) issued by the Civil Registry is required. Adults must also present a valid identification document.

All dental procedures have a very low cost and cover the cost of materials, and students, under teacher supervision, provide their labor free of charge.

The review is without appointment, from 8 am to 11 am and will be open until July 12th 2019.

The reception of patients will be done in the Faculty of Dentistry, located in the “Sports Facilities” (farm 3), in Sabanilla de Montes de Oca.
