Grave robbers strike in Pococí

The authorities are investigating a case of two graves that were desecrated on Sunday night in the cemetery of Campo 5, in Pococí.

The Press Office of the Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ) confirmed that two bodies were removed from the coffins and one of the people was already completely disintegrated. Apparently, they would have taken the skull of an older adult.

The judicial agents carried out the investigations and the removal of the remains, which will be handed over again to the relatives. Apparently, the deceased were buried approximately four years ago.

The case is under investigation to find the person responsible for this crime.
