September 25, 2019 by Staff News Writer

On Tuesday, heavy rains wreaked havoc on different streets in the province of Cartago, as shown in different videos.

According to witnesses, several vehicles were trapped in the water, in what appears to be a river. Even in the Ochomogo sector the sewers collapsed which caused the road to flood.

Also the area of Llano Grande has also reported heavy rains and thunderstorms in the course of the afternoon.

Drivers are advised check the forecasts, as well as to look for alternate routes.

In addition, services to and from the Old Metropolis showed a general delay in the route due to the heavy rains at the height of Ochomogo, Incofer reported.
