Laura Chinchilla signs law that returns land to 10,000 families

President Laura Chinchilla, signed on Monday a law that returns the land of 10,000 families in six cantons located between Limon and San Carlos. She signed the act in a ceremony in Guápiles that grants the land to its occupants and reverses a 2001 law that had confirmed the land for the Port Development and Administration for the Atlantic (Japdeva).
