A 58-year-old man, whose identity was not revealed, is now in custody of the bailiffs from the Section of Crimes Against Physical Integrity and Human Trafficking.
The man was found in his home during a raid in Loma Linda in Desamparados on July 27th, and he is now listed as a suspect of possession of pornographic material.
According to the report of the judicial investigation, officials proceeded with the seizure of
important evidence for the investigation as computers and CDs, among others, which apparently contain pornographic material.”
The OIJ said the investigation started in May,
after receiving a confidential report stating that this man had a lot of child pornography on his cell phone, which was ratified during the investigation and today he was arrested.”
The suspect is now in the hands of Public Prosecutions to determine his legal status.
