Rising river affected homes in several areas

The Red Cross is assessing the conditions of 20 people who remain isolated by the flood in AserrĂ­, Salitrillos, Lourdes and other areas of Desamparados.

According to Alexander Morales, from the monitoring central of the Red Cross, the officials are studying whether the people affected need any medical attention.

Also, Guillermo Montoya, from the monitoring central of the Fire Department, explained that there are at least 3 houses affected by the water. The structures are still standing, but completely flooded due to the rising river.
