Paracito’s new bridge opened gradually

October 25, 2016 by Staff News Writer

Neighbors near the new Paracito’s bridge in Moravia received good news.

The National Highway Council (CONAVI) reported that a lane structure will remain open all day and night, until further notice.
The opening of this route has allowed residents of the area to move faster towards their homes or workplaces way.

It is important to note that during the weekend this bridge was closed, while the modular bridge was being removed.

The new concrete bridge is 12 meters wide and 40 meters long and it has two lanes, with sidewalks on both sides as crosswalks (there is already one being used).

$ 808,000 were invested for the structure that will now allow Trinidad de Moravia and Paracito de Santo Domingo de Heredia to communicate.
