A Costa Rican frog arrived to Europe in a box of bananas. This was announced by the Royal Society for the Prevention of Animal Cruelty (RSPCA) in the United Kingdom.

The amphibian, a tree frog, was found in Lidl, Netherfield, in Nottingham, and according to that society, the animal was treated by a veterinarian.

The finding occurred last Sunday in a supermarket while the employees of the establishment unloaded the boxes of the fruit exported from Costa Rica and now it is news in the English media.

The frog that was traveling with bananas was called Lloyd.
