A high-pressure system continues affecting the country

According to the National Meteorological Institute (IMN), a high-pressure system continues affecting the country, so that on Wednesday windy and rainy conditions were expected in some areas.

Caribbean citizens were affected by heavy downpours during the morning, while those in the Central Valley expected cloudiness and strong winds in the west.
