A section of Route 32 will be closed on January 24th

January 17, 2017 by Staff News Writer

The prosecution of Pococí alerted the public that a section of Route 32 will be closed on January 24th, from 1p.m. to 3 p.m., specifically 100 meters east of the entrance to Riteve in Marina de Guápiles.

This is because they will perform a reconstruction of events, at the request of the defense of Mrs. Bolaños, a woman accused for a collision with a motorcycle that caused the victim to lose a leg on June 13th, 2013.

The announcement is made 8 days before the scheduled date, so that people take the necessary measures.

The prosecution of Pococí has already prepared the accusatory piece. However, they will have to present it to the Criminal Court after the reconstruction of events requested by Bolaños’ defense, with the participation of both parties and their witnesses.

The prosecution coordinated the event with the corresponding transit authorities.
