American man drowned in Arenal Lake

On Sunday morning, a 60-year-old American was pronounced dead after drowning in Arenal Lake.

Apparently, the man was performing water sports when he died, but Red Cross officials don’t have any more details.

The lifting of the body remained in the hands of the Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ).
