The residents of Mora, Acosta, Aserrí, Desamparados, Cartago, El Guarco, Dota, Tarrazú and León Cortés, will now be able to report power, Internet and television failures through a mobile app.
Coopesantos RL made the app available for iOS and Android operating systems and more than 150 thousand people.
This app aims to swiftly solve breakdowns and requirements. It also features the options to send images, update users’ personal data, learn about the billing amounts and due date of payments, and it shows the list of Cablesantos’ channels.
