The Forces Operational Support Group (GAO), found 4 packages of compressed marijuana inside a bus on Limón-San José route.
Officers were conducting a road check in La Unión de Guápiles, when they decided to check the bus. During the operation, officers found a package in the trunk and it had no owner. When they checked it, they located 4 packets of compressed marijuana.
Officers coordinated with the Drug Control Police (PCD) and the Pococí Prosecutor’s Office to perform field trials and due process.
Authorities are investigating 3 apparent suspects.
