Authorities identified foreigner who drowned in Hermosa Beach

The Judicial Investigation Agency (OIJ) identified the person who drowned in Hermosa Beach, Guanacaste, at 8:51 am on Thursday.

According to the press office of the OIJ, it’s an Italian woman named Irenka Douvabroba, 74, a resident of Santa Ana.

According to the Red Cross, the victim apparently went out to swim and no one saw her again.

The basic unit of Sardinal went to the place, but when they found her, she had no vitals,”
