Baby with microcephaly associated with Zika remains under observation

The baby that was born in San Carlos who suffers from microcephaly associated with Zika virus, remains stable and under medical observation to determine if he will develop any kind of complications.

He is currently stable, specialists are examining him and his tests to determine if  his sensorial capacities came out normal, but he will be under observation,

explained Daniel Salas, from the Ministry of Health.

His is one of 32 foreign cases: his mother suffered from Zica when she was pregnant. She got sick in Nicaragua.
