September 29, 2016 by Staff News Writer

The increase was approved by the Regulatory Authority of Public Services (ARESEP) and it was published in La Gaceta on Wednesday.

Super and Regular gasoline will cost 13 colones more, Diesel will have an increase of 24 colones and liquefied gas will increase 7 colones.

According to ARESEP, the oil price from August 25th to September 8th was taken into account when calculating the new fuel price.
