Bolero rhythm for the elderly

October 28, 2016 by Staff News Writer

With lots of rhythm, the Orchestra of Lubín Barahona will enliven the free dance that the Municipality of San José (MSJ) organized for all senior citizens on October 28th, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Chinatown, in the forecourt of La Soledad church.

The idea is to end and celebrate the month of senior citizens, with the purpose of playing music for this population to enjoy outdoors and in a safe environment,”

said the communications office of the MSJ.

Pieces like “Qué rico mambo”, “Cómo han pasado los años,” “Río Sucio”, “Recordando mi puerto” and “Noche inolvidable” could ignite the minds of the participants and bystanders.
