Carlos Alvarado is proud of democracy

April 1, 2018 by Staff News Writer

Carlos Alvarado, candidate of the Citizen Action Party (PAC), closed his campaign “proud of the Costa Rican democracy” and with “positive results” from all over the country.

Alvarado ended his Sunday session with an interview in Tibás, where a group of supporters awaited him to receive the results. Before going to rest for a few hours, the pro-government candidate spoke with the media and said he was optimistic about the outcome.

Since 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, PAC made a positive assessment of the results, and in an interview with Semanario Universidad Alvarado said that the call was to vote to win by a large difference of votes.

The same assessment was made by the candidate Fabricio Alvarado, who is confident in improving the support in Cartago, where he failed to convince the population in the first round.
