February 9, 2017 by Staff News Writer

Costa Rica was chosen as the site of a new commercial for the prestigious French brand Chanel, founded in 1920 by Coco Chanel.

The commercial promotes the new anti-aging treatment Blue Serum and it is inspired by the longevity that predominates in the blue zones of the world, characterized for being the home of people who live many years enjoying good health.

In Costa Rica, Nicoya is one of these blue zones.

You can feel the strength of life in everything and everywhere. This energy is felt in the wild bush where green coffee flourishes, bearing a power that does not exist elsewhere,”

states the ad.

In the description of the product, the company wrote that after a few weeks of use, the skin will look younger, firmer and healthier.

The campaign also takes into account other blue places in the world, including Sardegna in Italy and Ikaria in Greece.
