Check the amount of your 2018 circulation permit

November 2, 2017 by Staff News Writer

From 7a.m. on Wednesday, the National Institute of Insurance (INS) platforms were enabled to consult the amount that must be paid for the 2018 circulation permit.

To know the amount, which must be canceled before December 31st, you must visit any of the Institute’s websites. If you use a computer, visit www.ins-cr.com , and if you use a mobile device, go to www.insmovil.com.

You can also send a text message to the number 1467 (1INS) with the word MARCHAMO, followed by a space and the plate number you wish to consult.

You can also call number 2243-9999, or the toll-free 800-MARCHAMO (800-6272-4266).

This Wednesday 1.5 million permit amounts were issued, with which authorities expect to raise ¢241 billion.

This year the owners of motorcycles will have to cancel an insurance 15% higher compared to 2017. Private vehicles, on the other hand, have a reduction of 1.3%.
