CNE sends mattresses and blankets to Upala

November 25, 2016 by Staff News Writer

The National Emergency Commission (CNE) sent supplies to Upala to reinforce one of the areas at risk from Hurricane Otto.

The truck went with 150 mattresses and 200 blankets to the Municipal Committee, who will be in charge of the distribution among the population.

On November 23th, 100 packages of food  were sent to the same place, with the intention of avoiding food shortages in the area.

In recent days, 13 trucks have been loaded and shipped with supplies to different areas of the national territory that have been affected by Hurricane Otto.
