March 9, 2017 by Staff News Writer

APP

With a 5-second video, you can report pollution problems, as well as terrible health services, plagues and more things that could affect your health. The Ministry of Health makes it easy through an application called “Denuncia Salud”.

According to minister Fernando Llorca, after recording the video, the data is saved and allows you to add a text to give extra information about your complaint. The app is available on Android and iOS operating systems.

Authorities also announced saluddigital.cr platform, which intends to summarize health information.

The platform includes mobile applications for health professionals so they can follow up chronic diseases, reinforce nutrition as a preventive measure, etc.
