Doctor took advantage of patients in his office

A Costa Rican doctor named Quesada Rodríguez was arrested on Monday morning, as a suspect in two alleged rape and sexual abuse against people of legal age.

According to the complaints in the hands of the Prosecutor’s Office, the incidents had two women as victims and occurred in 2016 and on February 27th, 2017.

Apparently, Quesada took advantage of his condition as a doctor to commit sexual abuse and rape in the office he occupied, while he was attending to patients.

The doctor was arrested while he was in the Carlos Luis Valverde Vega Hospital in San Ramón. The subject worked in the area of ​​Pain Clinic.

For the moment, the Deputy Prosecutor’s Office of San Ramón conducts raids on the Office of the Comptroller of Services, the Medical Directorate, the Archive and the office of the suspect.
