Donald Trump won’t fight, instead, he will create a new decree

February 17, 2017 by Staff News Writer

On Thursday, the government of President Donald Trump abandoned its appeal to the court decision that suspended a decree against immigrants and refugees from seven Muslim countries. Instead, a new version of the measure will be drafted.

The Justice Department announced the decision in a motion before the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and said that the government is preparing another decree that will eliminate the doubts over unconstitutionality.
