Earthquake shook several communities of Alajuela

An earthquake reported as mild to moderate rocked several areas of the province of Alajuela on Thursday morning.

According to the report of the National Seismological Network (RSN), the tremor was 4.1 degrees and its epicenter was registered in San Pedro de Poás, with a depth of 82 kilometers at 8:08 am.

Almost at that same time, another earthquake was felt in the province of mangos, but in Tacares de Grecia. This tremor was 3.1 degrees.

There are no reports of affected areas.
