Experience a true natural show in Bahía Ballena

The best two weekends to enjoy dolphins and whales sightings will be from September 2nd to September 4th and from September 9th to September 11th in Bahía Ballena, these mammals’ favorite place. As a result, a touristic festival will be held.

The festival is for families and it will include whale watching tours, athletic, cycling, hiking, a sand sculpture competitions, concerts, environmental workshops and lectures to learn more about cetaceans.

Ballena National Park is internationally recognized due the visit of different whales as the humpback whale, pilot whale, the Bryde’s whale, false orcas, bottlenose dolphins, spotted dolphins and spinner dolphins, which mostly occur in this period.

People will have the chance to see hawksbill and green turtles.
