Fabricio Alvarado: “we will eliminate gender ideology”

November 2, 2017 by Staff News Writer

On Thursday afternoon, the candidate of the National Restoration Party, Fabricio Alvarado, presented his 2018-2022government plan, which is based on six thematic axes that develop more than 170 actions.

We will eliminate gender ideology and support sexual education to prevent teen pregnancies, STDs and the risk of improper relations,”

said Alvarado.

According to the legislator, he would not be a president devoted to protocol events and taking selfies. Although he does not mention it, he is referring to Luis Guillermo Solís, who has received much criticism for his constant photos with people.

Alvarado’s action axes are: Social Christianity, solidary state, open and managed government; economic policy for an efficient and supportive inclusion; solidarity eradication of poverty and special management policies.

Alvarado prioritizes these axes in three work areas: the first one is an educational reform for the bicentennial Costa Rica, in 2021, aiming at getting students to speak fluent English by the end of their high school education.

The other two areas are the national employment and telework policy, and the restoration of road infrastructure.

In fiscal matters, the presidential candidate assures that the solution is not paying more taxes if there are no clear policies for better collection, as well as other actions, such as freezing positions in the State and reducing privileges.

The candidate reiterated the position regarding life and family and affirmed that National Restoration says yes to sex education and not the indoctrination of children and youth.
